Shifting Faces

Shifting Faces is the product of an experiment in procedurally-generated music. Using a proprietary system for pitch allocation based on the English alphabet, I have translated a series of names into melody fragments. These melody fragments were voiced in the cello, with the rest of the harmonic material built around it with Violin I/II, Viola, and Bass. The names came from participation on my TikTok live stream.
